Where do you ship to?
letswoow.com ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions and over 150+ countries. Please note that Express Shipping requires a street address in English and a contact number as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We currently only offer Economy Shipping to P.O. Boxes. Express and Standard Shipping options are not available.
How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
USA, Aus, Canada,UK, Germany, France, Ireland, HK:

● Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days（via USPS / FedEx）
● Economy shipping: 9-15 business days（via post office）
● Economy shipping : 2-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)

Can I track my order?
With your order number and Email, you can track you order.
We typically ship orders in 2-3 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. International customers, once your packages leaves the US/CHINA, the tracking links may not update but your package is still on its way. Why doesn't the USPS/FedEx website recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?
Your tracking number won’t be recognized until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped.
*When you receive a tracking number similar to this: UE942068286YP. You will see such a string of numbers when tracking: Last mile => USPS, number 4209050492748927005303000011886203. From the 9th digit, 9 to the last digit, it is the official USPS / FedEx tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Letswoow purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.
